I run Windows 11 in S mode, so I can't download PocketBible from your website.

That's correct. In S mode, you can only download apps from the Microsoft store, even if they are digitally signed and certified safe, like PocketBible is.
It’s a locked-down mode of Windows that only runs apps from the Microsoft Store. While running in S mode, you can’t install apps from the web.
In addition, while in S mode, Microsoft Edge is forced as the default browser and Bing as the default search. You can install any browser that exists in the Store, but you can’t change the default until you leave S mode.
Settings → System → Activation
Under Switch to Windows 11 Pro (or Home), click Go to the Store
In the Store page “Switch out of S mode”, click Get → confirm
Switching out is free and one-way (you can’t go back to S mode).
