How do I change the mailing address or phone number on my Laridian account?

First, it’s not absolutely critical that we have your latest mailing address and phone number. We’re not going to come visit, so we don’t need to call you. We mainly use these details to help identify your account if you lose access to it (can’t remember your account number or email address). So while we appreciate that you want to keep it up-to-date, it’s not absolutely necessary.

Updating the information on your account is easy enough, though. Go to https://laridian.com and log into your account at the top of the page. Select My Account to see your current information. Change any of it that you’d like and select the Update button at the bottom of the screen to save it when you’re done.

Note that the password fields will be blank on this page. You only need to enter a password if you want to change the password on your account. Otherwise leave them blank.
