I can't see my Cloud Library, can't download books, and can't sync my data.

99% of the time that you get an error message related to accessing your account, it's because you're entering the wrong password. The easiest way to resolve this is to choose the Forgot Password button or link on the page or screen on which you're trying to log in, and follow the instructions to change your password. You can change it to what you think it already is; in fact that might be the easiest since you already remember that password. How you do this varies slightly depending on whether you're inside the PocketBible app or you're at our website. But the basic idea is that you enter the email address that is on your account, we send you a special link by email, you follow the link and enter a new password, and from then on you can use the new password to access your account.
When you change the password on your account, you have to tell PocketBible about it. How you do that depends on the platform on which you're running PocketBible. Look for an FAQ here that is specific to your platform.
If you do not receive the password reset email or if you no longer have access to the email address that is in your Laridian account (or if you don't remember what email address you're using in your Laridian account), contact Tech Support.
